PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I was given the absolute pleasure of an opportunity to work at Steve Madden as a Handbag Design Intern. Through my 8 weeks time there I worked closely with the Steve Madden OP (Off Price) team. My last few weeks my team prompted me with a personal project. I was to create my own line of handbags
using my own inspiration creating my own prints, hardware, webbing, line art, etc.
COLOR PALETTE:
Through my project I was encouraged creativity, The only "boundary"
I had was I was to confine to the Q2 2023 color palette
HARDWARE:
I began creating an alternate Steve Madden logo, and with doing that I created my own hardware. From Logo plaques, turn locks and buckles.
WEBBING:
I created my own webbings to incorporate into my final designs, utilizing the logos that I created and the given color palette.
